When I'm unable to change it midday at work, I'm amazed at how many times I still look down at my pump.

&lt;br&gt;As for the sensor, I've gotten used to it and have had a lot fewer problems inserting it. The needle is still substantially thicker than a traditional infusion set, but once it's in, there no problem.

&lt;br&gt;Is your 2 year old on a pump? I wish I had gone on one immediately when I was diagnosed at age 10.
